Need to know where your order is? Here's how to check:

Step 1 — Check Your Phone

Our team calls or messages you on WhatsApp before dispatching your order. If you missed the call, check your missed calls and WhatsApp messages.

Step 2 — Contact Our Delivery Partner

Once dispatched, our delivery team will contact you directly to arrange delivery. If your order is overdue, please reach out to us.

Step 3 — Message Us Directly

If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, contact us:

• WhatsApp: Message us with your name and phone number used to place the order
• Facebook Messenger: Message our page with your order details

Expected Delivery Times

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days after order confirmation
• Outside Dhaka: 1–4 business days after order confirmation
