Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 1–4 business days.

Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, everywhere in Bangladesh. Free delivery available on qualifying orders.

Are the bags the same as in the photos?
Yes. All photos are of actual products. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

What material are the bags made of?
Most bags use premium PU leather. Some use canvas or mixed materials — noted on each product page.

Do the bags come with packaging?
Most come with a dust bag. Many include a premium box. Details are on each product page.

Exchange & Returns

Can I exchange if I receive the wrong item?
